Field Sales & Service Engineer

Job Description
To be the face of Cistron and provide best in industry service for the equipment manufactured by us. To utilize the legacy of service and convert them into potential sales. To support the dealers and other marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
SALES & SERVICE ENGINEER
• To take full ownership of all machines assigned to you and ensure their proper upkeep.
• To proactively manage your territory and prevent any service escalations.
• To ensure all BD service calls are closed within 48 hours.
• To complete all preventive maintenance, pre-installation, and installation calls within the same calendar month.
• To carry out preventive maintenance strictly as per the SOP and checklist.
• To verify every installation using the official installation checklist.
• To close service calls directly from hospital locations after completion.
• To collect AMC/CMC payments from customers assigned to your territory.
• To actively contribute to sales and service targets under the guidance of your Area Manager.
Required Skills
BE / Diploma in EEE and ME
